Returns

As a thoughtful slow fashion brand, we genuinely hope every purchase from our collection brings you the utmost satisfaction. It's crucial to highlight that handling returns poses a financial challenge for our small-scale operations. Therefore, we follow a careful returns policy.

• Made-to-order products can be returned within 14 days of item delivery

• Ready-to-ship products can be returned within 14 days of item delivery

• Returns will be at the purchaser’s expense.

• A full refund will be issued excluding original postage costs this can take up to 10 days to process

• Custom Made-to-order products can NOT be refunded, this included custom length orders

Please be aware that we cannot process returns and provide cash refunds for custom made-to-order products. This policy also applies to sale items, including pieces from sample sales, for which we, unfortunately, cannot accept returns, issue refunds or store credit. 

Please remember to keep hold of your proof of postage in the rare case of your items being lost in transit so we can look into this.
