Ladega is a London-based outerwear brand founded by Tumisola Ladega-Hewitt. Rooted in craftsmanship, exceptional fabric quality, and refined design, we create timeless outerwear that is both understated and elegant, sophisticated yet simple in an idealistic pursuit to be gracefully covered but not hidden.
the vision
At Ladéga, we believe less is more. Based in London, our commitment to slow fashion in a fast city is rooted in addressing the fashion industry's environmental impact, ranking as the third most polluting industry globally, contributing over 10% of greenhouse gas emissions.
To combat overconsumption and waste, our approach is intentional and mindful. We release a maximum of 12 designs per year, designed across each season, focusing on purpose and longevity, and are completely transparent with our order quantities.
We utilize deadstock fabrics to minimize waste, sourced from other fashion houses, and primarily follow a made-to-order strategy to eliminate stock wastage and overproduction.
At Ladéga, we value integrity and simplicity, and we advocate for conscious consumption. We have no desire to convince you buy things that you don't need… but if you're in need of outerwear, you're in the right place.

The brand story of Ladega is captured in the phrase "covered by grace," symbolising the journey from hiding in shame, to freedom in light—a moment and reality that changed my life forever.
Every woman has a unique story, many of which are far from glamorous, myself included. But through the love of Christ and community, I am covered, not in shame, but in love.
