Why do made to order products take 1-3 weeks?
At Ladéga our primary focus is quality and longevity, our made-to-order products are made locally in North London by skilled tailors and seamstresses, who require a good amount of time to produce quality work. We do not advocate for fast fashion or impulse buying and truly believe good things take time.
When will IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The indicated shipping times exclude the production time for your order. Refer to each product page to determine whether it is made to order or ready to ship, along with the individual production time. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.
WHERE IS MY ORDER BEING MADE?
All made-to-order pieces are Made locally in North London. Our ready-to-ship wool is produced in an ethical certified factory in China. Our leather pieces are crafted by a specialist leather manufacturer in Turkey.
DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA CHARGES ON TOP OF SHIPPING?
Customs duties and import taxes are included for selected countries. To see whether your destination is covered, please refer to our Shipping page.
For countries where duties and taxes are not included, additional customs charges may apply when your order reaches its destination. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. As customs fees vary by country, we are unable to estimate or accept responsibility for any additional charges. If you have any questions regarding import duties or taxes, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Should you have a change of heart about your order, you have up to 2 hours from the time of receiving your order confirmation to cancel it. If you'd like to cancel, please send us an email.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, EVRI or UPS, please use your provided tracking number to track your order using their website.
