Why do made to order products take 1-3 weeks?
At Ladéga our primary focus is quality and longevity, our made-to-order products are made locally in North London by skilled tailors and seamstresses, who require a good amount of time to produce quality work. We do not advocate for fast fashion or impulse buying and truly believe good things take time.
When will IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The indicated shipping times exclude the production time for your order. Refer to each product page to determine whether it is made to order or ready to ship, along with the individual production time. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.
WHERE IS MY ORDER BEING MADE?
All made-to-order pieces are Made locally in North London. Our ready-to-ship wool is produced in an ethical factory in China.
DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA CHARGES ON TOP OF SHIPPING?
Kindly note that orders dispatched to countries outside the UK may incur extra charges and customs duties as a result of Brexit. Import taxes are levied when the parcel reaches its destination, and the buyer is responsible for settling these charges. We disclaim any responsibility for additional costs, as these can vary from one country to another. For any queries about customs taxes, please reach out to your local customs office.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Should you have a change of heart about your order, you have up to 2 hours from the time of receiving your order confirmation to cancel it. If you'd like to cancel, please send us an email.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, EVRI or UPS, please use your provided tracking number to track your order using their website.
